We want your order to be right. If you change your mind, you can tell us you want to cancel up to 14 days after delivery, unless an exception applies.
How returns work
- Email sales@thenexusglobe.com with your order number within 14 days of delivery.
- After you tell us you are cancelling, send the goods back within 14 days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that you sent them back.
Hygiene and sealed goods
For health and hygiene reasons, opened or unsealed cosmetics, skincare, body care and supplements cannot usually be returned unless faulty, misdescribed or otherwise covered by statutory rights.
Faulty or incorrect items
If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed, contact us as soon as possible. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
