B2B Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. Introduction

By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Business Customers Only
All products and services are supplied strictly on a Business-to-Business (B2B) basis.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are purchasing as a business entity and not as a consumer.
3. Orders & Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance by us.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Once confirmed, orders cannot be canceled without written approval.
4. Pricing
All prices are quoted in agreed currency and may be subject to VAT or applicable taxes.

5. Payment Terms
Payment must be made in full before dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Products may include new, refurbished, or graded devices.
Product condition will be clearly communicated before purchase.
Minor cosmetic imperfections may exist in refurbished products.
7. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders promptly after payment confirmation.
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
8. Risk & Title
Risk in goods passes to the customer upon delivery.
Ownership (title) remains with The Nexus Globe Ltd until full payment is received.
9. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted only if agreed in writing.
Any claims for damaged or incorrect goods must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Approved returns must be sent back in original condition.
10. Warranty
Warranty (if applicable) will be specified at the time of sale.
Warranty does not cover physical damage, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.
11. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the goods supplied.

Customers are responsible for complying with local import laws and regulations.
We are not liable for customs duties, taxes, or import restrictions.

We are not responsible for failure or delay due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or supply chain disruptions.

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
